Director of Nursing
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in long-term care and nursing home management, as well as a strong understanding of the regulations and standards of care in this field. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure quality care for our residents, overseeing the nursing staff and providing guidance to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards of care.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home.

Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff.

Develop and implement long-term care plans for residents.

Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed.

Conduct regular assessments of patient care needs and services provided.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality patient care.
